Soundbarre is an efficient and effective workout to great music led by knowledgeable instructors.
I was in town from FL visiting Asheville for a wedding and wanted to find a barre workout nearby. Sound Barre was BEYOND sweet and welcoming to me even though I was visiting. The instructor and other women taking the classes welcomed me with kindness. Not only was it a great sweat session, I felt welcomed and a part of their community even for 1 hour. I wish I lived closer so I could come all the time. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!
