I placed an order using their website and completed payment. I received a confirmation. Later I was sent an accusatory email from the company saying I manipulated their system. They then proceeded to add material and charges to my order without my consent. This is shady and dishonest. If your website has a glitch you dont take it out on your customer. You also dont charge additional money with prior consent.

Thank you for identifying an unwanted feature in our shopping cart. Our engineering team managed to recreate an instance where the minimum order quantity can be modified to override the 5 yard minimum. This only occurs when there is another fabric with more than 5 yards in the shopping cart. This will take some time to fix.It is not possible to fulfill your order for 2 yards since this is a hard restriction that is required throughout the fulfillment process.
