Always get good service for any problem I have. Their ear pieces work good for me.
They replaced the wires that had worn insulation for no charge. I was very pleased.
Have been using them for over a year. They improve my hearing. I can hear things I can't without them. They pair with my phone. Yesterday they replaced the wires and the speaker without charge because the insulation one the wires was worn. I had tried the Linner ear buds, but they hurt my ears and they didn't do as good a job at picking up sound.
Very pleased with my hearing aids (HD75) - can't beat the price! I am a speech language pathologist and rely on my hearing to do my job. Without these aids, I would be struggling. If I had to redo my choice, I might spring for the larger size because they have rechargeable batteries, but I like the small size of the ones I bought.
Good quality, affordable personal sound amplification. Good technical support on the web site and via email. 3x purchaser. Will buy again!
