Buyer beware!!! do not take your business here I bought me a BRAND NEW viper car alarm model 3100 from Sound Wave and had it installed there, a few months later my alarm started acting up, I would go driving and it would just go into anti-theft mode where the car would just shut off and wouldn't start I called sound wave to let them know what's going on and to ask where is the reset switch / valet switch he told me they don't install those on viper models?????
