Buyer beware!!!! do not take your business here I bought me a BRAND NEW viper car alarm model 3100 from Sound Wave and had it installed there, a few months later my alarm started acting up, I would go driving and it would just go into anti-theft mode where the car would just shut off and wouldn't start I called sound wave to let them know what's going on and to ask where is the reset switch / valet switch he told me they don't install those on viper models????? Horrible quality. Almost caused a fire because the fuse didn't trip.
He doesn't even deserve a star because he do not even have the manners to speak. And he was fixing the car by watching it on YouTube. Sometimes he was calling someone. and we asked him, "If you don't know how to install it on our car, please don't do it. So please don’t waste your money
Worst,Worst,Worst experience ever had from anywhere else. Customer Service is So bad here. Today we went there to install new car music system for Mercedes. First we waited there for almost 1.5 hours and after waited that much time the owner came who deals with every client he said we have to wait 2.5 hours more. And then after waiting again for that much time we asked him when will you work on our car but again he said you have to wait 2 hours more and said if he still doesn’t have time then you can just leave the car there... read more
