took my mustang for a amp install , i had brought my own that would be a simple install. they told me that i got the wrong one and it won't work . So the owner upsold me one of his. i caved and got it. i was expecting a good install at least. long story short i ended up taking it to another shop to fix his mistakes the install was really bad and sound was terrible from stock. wish i didnt go here from the beginning!
Incredibly overpriced quote after being told I needed to come in to be given one for a dash screen and back up camera install that I purchased myself elsewhere. I got a $225 estimate from a place in San Jose. $200 quote from the audio guy who goes to you, but due to an emergency he had to push the appointment out a week. I went here to get an estimate... $480. Worst part is they say "these usually have problems" without even looking at the part or knowing what brand it is, and they said they can't test it before a full insta... read more
Buyer beware!!!! do not take your business here I bought me a BRAND NEW viper car alarm model 3100 from Sound Wave and had it installed there, a few months later my alarm started acting up, I would go driving and it would just go into anti-theft mode where the car would just shut off and wouldn't start I called sound wave to let them know what's going on and to ask where is the reset switch / valet switch he told me they don't install those on viper models????? I told him that's fine I'll just have my car towed home upon fur... read more
