Very friendly service, with the right management. The downside is appointment are required, walk-ins are only available when purchasing in store, than assembly and mount ing is appointment base. Whole Mom and pa shop, with a high tech old fashion vibe. Viper for new cars is what I got. Well worth the wait for a Click of a button. Thank you

Mark was very helpful with the installation of an Apple Car Play head unit in a 2016 Prius. The background for my story is that I hate the Toyota Entune interface, and have wanted to add CarPlay. I noodle around on the internet, and found a $300 radio that was plug and play with my model of Prius. Except that it wasn't - my Prius had a 'premium" low voltage external amp the didn't play nice with aftermarket head units. I went to make a sound budget and they charge me 80 dollars and I can already imagine how much labor it takes to change a sound with them...Too expensive
