I had to have remotes reset for a Crestron system that was installed by Sound & Vision. Their service team got back to me right away and had the issue resolved before the day was up. Their original integration was excellent and they spent time taking me through how to customize the system.

We have a hard-wired legacy Crestron system from 2008 in our downtown apartment which is now up for sale. Some of the features had not been used for years. We needed an evaluation of the system components: Wi-fi, 4 television monitors, whole home sound, zoned AC/heat, humidifier, floor-to-ceiling window shades and blackouts, and a complex, multi-dimensional lighting system with dimming. Sound & Vision did great work for us. They were professional, timely, and thorough. Jeff Kwiatek in particular went above and beyond to deliver what was needed.
