Dr is great but the support staff is virtually non existent exempt to show frames and charge your insurance and credit card. Huge lack of technical expertise and very limited hours. Never open weekends either. Sometimes closed Fridays. Very frustrating and disappointing experience for me with this vendor.
Great selection of frames, second time around trying to adjust lenses that came loose after about 6 months of use, installed too small. Picked my glasses yesterday, was charged again for new ones that supposed to be nicely framed. Try to talk to a lady and pointed out imperfections and lenses size that was again too small for the frame, but she was very dismissive. Quality of service is terrible, for $800 this is what you get. Make your own choices.
