I visited the North OCEAN location in Medford on 4/10/24. Upon arrival, I want sure what to expect, as this was my first time. I went based on location and the few reviews I saw online. Upon entry, I was greeted by a very busy, multitasking, Jenn. While on call with a patient, she maintained eye contact, asked questions, and signed me in without missing a beat between myself and the caller. She never lost her smile. (I was impressed). Nice people and huge office but they need to make the hours longer. I work until 4:30 and there is no way to to get there before 5:00. The office in Mastic was perfect for me. I may have to find another Dr. with longer hours.
