Perfect install and very fast! Our representative was perfect and I would use this company again if I have another window to replace!
Pavel (install) and Matt (sales) at sound view are courteous pros who do quality work.
Start to finish, we're happy with our new windows. They have a local show room so it's nice to go see the windows in person. Estimate was quick, painless, and detailed. Installation was smooth and we're happy with the result. The one downside we experienced was 2 out of 20 windows delayed, but I'm not sure if that's their fault or the manufacturer (Anderson). Pawel (installer) is personable, polite, and also knowledgeable. All interactions with the company have been positive. I appreciate their friendly professionalism.
Everyone involved in the process of replacing the glass in our sliding door was friendly and professional, and the installation team Pavel and Oliver were very considerate of our home in making sure they didn't even leave any bits of packaging or the like behind. The new glass looks so much better. I am very satisfied.
