Unless you have some upscale (read expensive) project, not installation, they are not interested. Pawel replaced our window and he was great! He is careful, efficient, and thorough with his work and clearly an experienced professional. Super friendly as well, highly recommend Sound View.
Pawel installed our shower glass door and was incredibly talented and even more of a joy to get to know! We are so happy to have worked with him and will definitely work with him again on future projects.
They do not do bay window replacements. We requested a bay window replacement and a new window for our main bedroom. The sales rep Jason insisted that it would be too difficult to replace our bay and that we could replace the glass or get a flat window. They sold me a flat window and one other window for our main bedroom. I was unhappy with the flat window for the bay opening. They then forgot to mark it as home delivery despite me requesting it and putting it in the paperwork, but they at least were able to rectify the deli... read more
We just completed our project, and I couldn’t be happier. I did a lot of research on products and installers, and Sound View made the short list based on reviews and my initial call with Jeff. He was clearly knowledgeable and had the patience of Job — I asked a lot of questions during the selection process, and he handled all of them thoughtfully.
