We had a very poor experience with this company. I am an assistant, and my employer hired this company for a project. They made an error on the installation and came out to fix it. After they left, we realized that the window trim was not the same on both sides. We measured and sent pictures. Instead of having them come out a THIRD time to fix the error, we thought it was appropriate to ask for a small partial refund for 10 percent of the cost for the one window for the two errors and inconvenience as we were happy withy the... read more
Had a wonderful experience with Soundview. The estimate process with Jeff was fast. I got a detailed line item estimate which allowed me to see how much each window and door was costing me. I had 11 windows replaced, two sliding glass doors and a new front entry. The install with Baxter and Joel went smoothly. They both were friendly and took care of my house. I recommend them highly. They took my old front entry with one door and turned it into a two door entry. Looks amazing.

Ben, our installer, was especially skilled communicated clearly throughout, and ensured that everything was completed to the highest standard.
Oliver did my window installation. He is a dedicated hard worker who takes pride in his work! He was also very meticulous. I appreciated all his great qualities in his workmanship!
Quick and easy installation; and our broken window is like new! * Update: Had them come back and do another, more complicated project - not just the glass panel, but an entire window in a different location. Quick, easy and well executed again.
