My son installed a stereo in my car which resulted in the car not turning on. I called around and was eventually referred to Sound Solutions. The technician turned up and identified the problem as the breaker on the hybrid battery. He managed to get it running within 15mins & told me to bring the car to the local branch where they installed my stereo properly at no additional cost to the initial call-out fee. They sell faulty products and they doesn't want to change or refund
Very poor customer service looting people ‘ s money. i went there just to change my car ‘ s right side break light’s bulb. First they told me that they charge$60 And then when i went again they said it will take 3 hours we have to open whole wiring. i said ok but they said can’t do it today come tomorrow i said ok. but on my way back i check with other mechanic they just did it in 10 minutes and $20 charge. So this is how these people misleading and looting people. Don’t go there.
Amazing service did my headunit for good price. Will be back soon :)
