Just trying to make an appointment is terrible. After my 5th call to set up an appointment, I was finally told.."we don't do that test here". Really? The frustration I feel is huge! The lost faxes, the multiple calls to get this going, with the response being less than acceptable. Pray you don't have a real illness!
