I recently brought my brother, who has Down syndrome, for a sleep study at this facility, and I cannot express enough how positive our experience was. Our technician, Regina, was exceptional. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive to both of our needs. She took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly and ensured we were at ease throughout the entire process. Harris or Hussein whatever the man who answered the phone is the most rude incompetent person. He answered the phone aggressively and starts running his mouth without letting you speak. If this is how they speak to someone just coming in for the first time go somewhere else. No human decency.
