We've had our Sonos system for several years. I've called Lance three times, each time he called me back within one minute. Solved the minor issues immediately. Give them 6 stars.
We had such a great experience with Sound & Security! Their products are wonderful and the service was even better. Lance and Hunter did the installation in a timely fashion and even came back when we had questions. Highly recommend!
Lance and his entire team are world-class at what they do. They helped us design and install a full house audio, networking, and video setup that we have been loving using every day. It included tricky installs of flush-mounted motorized mounts, in ceiling speakers indoor and outdoor, Ring cameras indoor and outdoor, and a number of other components. Lance and his team did an amazing job of getting creative when necessary in order to ensure our needs were met, they are consistently respectful of our space and privacy, and are always extremely kind (especially when interacting with our kiddos). Lance and team installed a new TV and sound system. The picture on the TV is amazing and the sound is a great experience. They were so patient with our questions and gave us the best possible service!
