I don't know what happened with the sound room but in the 1999 and 2000 The sound room was the number one place to go when Dave and Jesse ran the place!!!
Horrible, they do not know what they are doing, they installed about two thousand dollars of worthless crap in my parents stereo cabinet, and nothing functions correctly. There is a fan literally blowing air into the side of the cabinet doing nothing but blowing dust around. If you like wasting money and being frustrated you will love the sound room.
