My experience has been stellar! My doctor is Sara Pitrone. She has been tremendously helpful. She made this whole process easy. Her front desk lady(can’t remember her name) is a very good and thoughtful. I would highly recommend this location of Sound Relief. Their location is the Mesa Office.
I have had severe tinnitus for 5 years now. It has gotten to the point I can not focus and certain words and sounds cause pain. Husband set me up with an appointment, I really did not want to go because of previous experiences with audiologists, and we had to drive 6 hours round trip, to go to this appointment. Dr. Pitrone made me feel like I was her only appointment that day! So refreshing to spend a few minutes with a doctor who gave me their complete attention. I received a through explanation of the treatment including options. I was able to ask questions and was answered in easy to understand language. I was given pricing information that day and was able to take information home with me to review, No high pressure at all! I left feeling confident in both the doctors and the plan.
There are alot of places to get hearing aids but Sound relief take it to the next level of care! Dr Sarah was awesome Don't waste your money at other places, this is the place to go for great hearing aids and care.
Very grateful to the relief I achieved with my tinnitus. The staff is attentive and anxious to help. Nice facility.
