Dr. Sarah made me feel so comfortable and cared for. She ruled out anything I could have had and said I was good to go and to continue getting better. I didn’t need treatment thankfully and was not pushy at all and so welcoming. She did an amazing job explaining everything! Cannot recommend her enough. Thank you!!
Sound Relief Tinnitus & Hearing Center was extremely helpful and understanding. Valerie worked with me to get my needed referral, she was very nice when I called to say I was going to be late. I was so happy Dr Pitrone was still able to see me that day. Dr Pitrone did through testing. She answered all of my questions and explained how hearing, tinnitus and hearing aids work. I was even able to go home with new hearing aids!
Very nice and thorough. Audiologist very informative. Only problem is cost. Don’t other is you expect to get a deal on hearing aids. While they (the hearing aids)were wonderful, I don’t see them being affordable for many, especially seniors.
My experience with Dr. Sarah was wonderful. She listened attentively and explained the information before conducting any hearing assessments. Unlike my previous ENT, she gave me the time to ask questions and ensured that I understood my diagnosis thoroughly. She then created a clear treatment plan, which filled me with hope and optimism for better days ahead with less ringing in my ears.
OMG!! My experience with Sound Relief in Mesa with Dr. Sarah Pitrone was life changing! Dr Sarah is excellent at explaining and informing about the cause of tinnitus and hearing loss and the damaging effects to overall health if left untreated. After a consultation, very thorough hearing test, and discussion of treatment ofptions I left the clinic with hearing aids that will both treat the tinnitus and improve hearing.
