Dr. Sarah Pitrone was excellent! Knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, patient, and easy to talk with. She did not assume or jump to conclusions; she listened carefully to my inputs and evaluated the test data. Dr. Sarah offered fact-based recommendations for hearing aids, and it was clear that it was my choice as to whether and how to proceed. I’ve had tinnitus for over fifteen years. Working with Dr. Pitrone over the last two+ years has brought me my first substantial relief. Her personalized care has been a blessing. Adding greatly to the experience, Valerie at reception is personable, professional and equally committed to patient care and success. Can’t say enough about the entire team at this office.

As a medical professional myself, I can honestly say this office has the most caring staff. Having been to many doctors that rush you or don’t really seem to care, Sound Relief is the exact opposite. They listen and really try to improve one’s quality of life while struggling with hearing loss. I’m so glad to have found them!

My experience has been stellar! My doctor is Sara Pitrone. She has been tremendously helpful. She made this whole process easy. Her front desk lady(can’t remember her name) is a very good and thoughtful. I would highly recommend this location of Sound Relief. Their location is the Mesa Office.

I arrived and was greeted immediately by a very friendly receptionist. I didn't even get a chance to sit down when I was asked to come to the back to have my hearing it's clean. This is my second time to this office at both times it's been a very pleasant experience.
