Looking for the best setup for microphone to use while out in the field doing depositions. Sales team spent a long time answering all of my questions and helped me to choose the best microphone for my setup.
They have the absolute best customer service I've ever experienced! They are available via text and will have my issues solved within minutes! I will not buy anywhere else for my court reporting audio needs.
I just got another USB 6 microphone. I love it. The sound is great. I also have their Zoom kit and love it. The sound is great. So easy to use. The support has always been great too!!! Everything I have bought from the over the last 15 years or so has been great. When I need stuff set up or have questions, they are always quick to answer them. Easy to get remote support too. I would give them 10 out of 10.
I've purchased several Sound Professional products over the years. They have great customer service, answering questions and explaining in detail how to install software for their sound systems.
