We have always used Sweerwater. We wanted to give this new company a chance— bad idea. Simply to get a quote would take days. When we would call, we never could get a hold of anyone. I had to get someone else to reach out to one of the staff to call me. Apparently this place was supposed to be cheaper than Sweetwater - NEGATIVE! With freight charges, it was the same price. With Sweetwater we would get our items within 5-7 days. Here, it took 14 days. Definitely not returning.
Terrible ownership and management.
