11-7-25 I had Jason Fox as my technician and he went above and beyond. Last night we noticed that our water was only lukewarm and placed a call for an estimate. Our window was 8-12 and Jason showed up by 9. It was refreshing to have a plumber so quickly. He looked over the problem and the best option was a full replacement of the water heater. Jason arrived to survey the needs of my toilet “clog”. He sent a camera down the drain and determined no blockage existed any further down the line. He cleared the buildup at the top of the drain. He was courteous and knowledgeable and wished me a good week. I will definitely recommend Jason and Sound Plumbing to all my friends!
Sound plumbing responded to my call same day when others were unable to. The technician was knowledgeable about the issue that turned out to be environmental not mechanical, and still ran the necessary testing to rule out our plumbing as a source of water damage, thank you Sound Plumbing and Jason, I will definitely recommend your service and call you if the need arises again.
