Dr. Hong Lou DO was my mother's doctor for a week at Good Samaritan Hospital during the holidays. He was compassionate, caring, sympathetic and took time to really explain everything to me. It was like he was caring for his own Mother! He spoke to me everyday, either in person or by phone. Even on Christmas evening! Thank you so much for your loving care of my Mother!!
