The technician synchronized my iPhone to the truck Bluetooth link. Apparently my phone had been deleted. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and helped this technology backwards individual with his issue. The technician immediately walked out and fixed my problem. That is great customer service, and how a business should be run.
Highly recommend Sound Performance. I needed a new backup camera installed. Dealership was way too expensive. 2 businesses that I contacted recommended Sound Performance. When I called, after making sure the camera I bought from Amazon was actually the one I needed, I was scheduled for an appointment. I was told the cost was $75 an hour and that it probably would not be more than that. I went for my appointment today. It took 30 minutes and the cost was less than $40. That was an awesome customer service experience!
