My company did business with Sound Packaging. The containers we ordered were defective. We tried to have the defects resolved with their quality control people to no avail. We then filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and wrote a review. Due to the Sound Packaging not wanting to lose their good accreditation with the BBB they had the complaint squashed and the review removed. Needless to say my company will not recommend or do any more business with Sound Packaging.
