Fraudulent company. I year after went off cpap and turned in equipment they accessed my auto pay for close to $100 when I owed them nothing. I am reporting them to the Attorney Generals Consumer Complaint Division for Washington and reporting them to my bank. Do not ever use this company!!!
Worst company ever
Uhhh, well? Id GIVE a "ZERO STAR" or, more specifically,. something equivalent to the ol' "N/A"?? Beeecause, well? This 'Location/address' IN KENT is non existent?! Annnnd apparently this is the exact same NON EXISTENT "location" that has been "there" for a few YEARS now??? Soo ummm. Yup. 0"/*****†¢⁷²
Wish I could give negative stars!!! Billing is terrible, Invoice number in not included on the delivery ticket so you can easily pay the bill. Make a phone call to get help, and virtually no one speaks English clear enough to understand them. On my previous order, the customer service representative just said "alright we will cancel your order." The only words I could understand. The rest was just jibberish. If my insurance would use another company I would switch in a heartbeat.
I wish there were negative ratings. The are constantly trying to charge me for thing I don't order. Constantly calling me to reorder. I tell them REPEATEDLY that I will call THEM when I want something. It's worth it to just buy elsewhere and avoid thos headache
