I came here after another orthodontist recommended treatment that felt overly aggressive and honestly way too expensive. This office took a much more reasonable approach and explained exactly which issues actually needed correction versus cosmetic preferences. That transparency made me trust them almost immediately. Their communication throughout the entire process has been excellent, from the front desk to the orthodontist. Very thorough in explaining my child's orthodontic needs and all the treatment options, without ever making me feel rushed. They transparently outlined the costs and payment, which was very helpful for our family.
