Originally scheduled for an appointment, later contacted and told such a time didn't exist for an appointment but I could reschedule for a time just before or just after the time I originally had scheduled. Then arrived for appointment and no one was there. Waited 40 min still nothing. Szabo

A.K has given me hope, hope in it being possible to still find good healthcare providers. He is a total 180 compared to my previous Psych. Only 2 appointments so far and A.K has allowed me to feel comfortable by letting me know we will not stop until we find the right medication that works and provides relief of my mental health symptoms. Debbie in the office is so sweet and her positive attitude was confirmation I was at the right place. Thank you, Sound Mind! Jake M

It wasn't bad when I first started going there. It actually helped and I felt like Ak was listening. When COVID hit everything fell apart. The lady I ended up seeing through telehealth was lazy. I asked if I could get a temporary increase in my doses just to help me through an event. She prescribed 2 different mgs (200 and 100) and said to cut the 100 in half. My insurance wouldn't let that work so instead of putting in a prescription override she prescribed me more of the higher dose and told me to take more. I was cutting ... read more
