Best decision ever to join the program. I gained significant weight during Covid and have been struggling to come back down. It’s good to feel healthy and confident again. Dr. Gill is knowledgeable and super supportive. Everyone at the clinic is so nice and kind. The program is well structured to focus on nutrition, exercise and creating good long term habits.
