Carol was very helpful and thorough in assessing my hyperacusis and CAPD. Grateful for her help.
My uncle was visiting from Ireland and he had a problem with his hearing aid. After phoning a dozen places I spoke with a nice receptionist and explained the situation. She told me we could come in anytime that morning. We arrived not long after and they took his hearing aid fixed the lead wire. He had it back within 15 minutes. Great service and it was gratefully appreciated. Thank you!

My teenage son has struggled with Central Auditory Processing his whole life. We were finally able to get an assessment and therapy through Sound Idears and it has been an absolutely life changing experience for my son. We did the CapDots program and with militant consistency and A+ effort on my son's part his life has done a 180. It's by no means an easy road, but worthwhile IF you're willing to put 100% into it.
