I had been seeing Pula Rettig for counseling and, up until recently, felt that things were going well. In our last two to three sessions, she told me I was making significant progress, that a recent medication change seemed to be helping, and even suggested moving our sessions to every two weeks due to improvement. Handsome, clean website with clear, detailed directives and skills/certifications of staff. Not a great customer flow (confusing forms to choose) for a new client to start. Ended up having to provide credit card info to make a video appointment for an intro consultation that got canceled by counselor. Called a few days later and voicemail box was full. No follow-up with email or phone. I am guessing this business is struggling or not functioning.
Would highly recommend to anyone with mental health needs. Started seeing Claire when she was at the practice at one of the worst periods in my life and helped me with getting my life back together. Rachelle took over seamlessly and helped get treated and develop healthy coping mechanisms for my ADHD and Anxiety. If it wasn’t for moving locations would still be there and truly appreciate how great the staff is and how friendly everyone has been!
