These folks are great to work with! Scott Harkness has been my main contact and I have been wearing him out with questions and he has been super helpful. I ordered a piece of equipment and they loaned me a similar machine until mine could be delivered. They could have said sorry, it will be here when it gets here, but they really took care of us. Thanks to Scott, Randy and the mechanic that took care of an issue with the loaner.
Want to give a shout out and a huge Thank You to Sound Heavy Equipment in Wilmington, NC. I had a hydraulic issue and my machine was down. Took it to a local place that said they could fix it. 5 weeks my machine was in the shop. They called and said they could not fix it. Called Sound Heavy Equipment and told them I was bringing it to them, two days later I was told it was ready for pick up. Multiple failures in the hydraulics. Machine was brought back to spec, full power to the mulching head, All for a very reasonable price... read more
