had a terrible experience at this office. after I had to pay upfront for a visit (because the office didn't want to take my insurance) which he was in network. they charged me twice and after I asked for a refund and all was set with me owing $ 0 they refuse to make me another appointment!

A technician came to my mom's home. She was shown several options for a hearing aid. However, the day the tech was supposed to have come back with the hearing aids that my mom paid over $900 for, he did not show. The appointment time was between 5 and 5:30pm. At 6:20 we called the office. The girl made it sound as if she had been trying to reach us all day long to cancel and reschedule because the guy was not able to come. She took my mom's numbers (home and cell) down again and promised to call first thing the next morning.... read more

Waited 2 hours to be seen. Was forced to pay copay even though I told them I met my max out of pocket. 9 months later, they still failed to issue my refund. Each time I called they say the person isn't in the office. Called multiple times.

Really nasty receptionist. I asked if they take Medicaid they said no, so I asked can I pay out of pocket she said the reason why you're on Medicaid is you can't afford it so no

If I could give zero stars I would. Office waited until 2 hours before an appointment I waited 2 months for to call me and cancel, stating the reason was they “filled their quota of United Healthcare patients and they were removing my apt”. I’ve never had a doctors office do something like this before. Horrible service
