Excellent customer service! My insurance could not get a few hearing centers to answer their phones or return calls. This place called back within 24 hours. The receptionist, I believe her name is Stephanie, is very knowledgeable and explains things in a way you can understand. Dr Taylor is the sweetest and so very thorough.
