I bought my hearing aids almost four years ago. I think I went back for fine tuning twice. Great service and caring staff. Last year I received a message that my warranty was about up and I should come in so my hearing aids could be sent back to the factory for diagnostics and new batteries. Dr. Combs is wonderful to work with. She is attentive, patient, listens to me and has worked harder than any audiologist I've known to get things right with my hearing aids.
