Dr Clark and her staff were amazing today. This was my second time here and they helped me with everything. I was very impressed by them and continue to look forward to working together with them.
Hear All is wonderful. The few times I needed attention to my hearing aids they have been very quick to schedule an appointment. Trina was very polite and fixed my problem every time. I would definite recommend them to anyone who needs hearing aids.
Nice welcome by reception associate. And Dr. Was very helpful above and beyond, very knowledgeable and kind.
I am appreciative of the reminder by HearAll that my hearing aids/charger could be sent to the manufacturer for a free refurbish service prior to the expiry of the warranty. I dropped them off and HearAll took care of the shipping etc. I got them back about a week later at a pick-up appointment with the hearing aids re-tuned to my personal settings. What a great courtesy by this office. Staff are wonderful to work with.
