Dr Andrew was absolutely fantastic. He explained all aspects of the testing and patiently answered all of my questions regarding the results of the exam. Andrew is a true professional who will work tirelessly to make certain that his patients have the hearing aid that works best for them. I highly recommend Andrew as he truly cares about his patients.
When I needed hearing aids, I went to Sound Hearing Audiology and I immediately knew I was in the right place. Andrew is amazing. He fitted the the hearing aids with such care and wanted to check them a week later to ensure they were working as intended and that I was comfortable. I am very happy with the service provided and I am hearing beautifully. Dr. Robin Zeller and Andrew are the ultimate professionals with all that they do. I highly recommend them for all your hearing and speech needs.
Andrew Englehart was very thorough in his explanations of all the testing that was done as well as my results. He explained what he thought would be appropriate next steps and was very honest and not pushing to do more than was necessary. It was a great first experience and I would recommend him.
