Dr. Andrew is absolutely the best, he took so much time to explain all the different hearing tests he was performing with both professionalism and kindness, I highly recommend using his services for all your hearing needs!
The audiologists are kind, patient, professional, and extremely helpful. They worked with my mom and made the process simple for her which I appreciate. I would highly recommend them.
Robin Zeller and Andrew are professional and attentive. They spent the necessary time to diagnose any technical issues with my hearing aids. When i was first fitted for them, Andrew was an invaluable educator regarding care and electronic set up with my devices. You could not find a more personal, approach to audiology. I highly recommend this office and their staff!
Don't expect Dr. Zeller to submit required claim forms to your insurance carrier. After eight months and payment of $4500 along with the insurance form and a stamped addressed envelope she has still not mailed insurance claim form. And that's on top of high pressuring my wife to ditch hearing aids that were working perfectly. This is a person that is difficult to trust. I don't know which school awarded Zeller a doctorate, but whichever school it was reading and writing at a fifth grade level is not required.
I have known her since 1998 and have been her patient since. She loves what she does with a passion to help each individual. She provides personal care and attention for each of her clients. She will work with you with options within your budget and ensure you are provided with the best service whether its with a hearing aid fitting or speech session.
