Dr. Hartman was knowledgeable and professional. However, in December, I received an incorrect bill for a post-operative visit. I have contacted the billing office repeatedly by email and phone to resolve this, but unfortunately, the incorrect billing persists as of May 2025. This is quite frustrating and disappointing. While the visit with the physician was pleasant, the subsequent billing issues have been unsatisfactory.
My service with Jim Hartman was fine, but my son Nathan Greenbaum received a bill of over $100 for ear cleaning whereas I never was charged for this service. Please check into this matter and get back to me.
Able to get in for an appointment in less than 24 hours. On time, seen quickly with a very pleasant staff. Doctor came to the room within 5 minutes and I was out just as quick as I came in! Great experience!
Dr Ramachandra was on time, took a detailed history and did a very thorough exam. She explained everything, reviewed my options, and answered all of my questions. I look forward to her taking care of my problems.
