Friendly reception. Minimal wait because I signed in online. I've had 3 different nurse practitioners, all excellent.
Front desk ignores you and acts like your bothering them.
Kelly in the front office is so nice!
Everyone is sooo incredibly kind and they ACTUALLY LISTEN TO YOU. It's the most enjoyable part of my schedule, feels like an episode of Cheers... I walk in and all the receptionists say "Hi Cassidy!" I feel seen and happy by not only the doctor, but the staff and Travis (my allergist) who is also a total sweetheart. I 100% recommend this place if you have any ENT or allergy issues, ESPECIALLY if you've been gaslit or written off by others because the people here will absolutely listen to every word you say and act accordingl... read more
