The best of the best. My daughter had ear problems due to an infection and Rachael, Mara and Ashlynn took great care of her. I was so worried about it because she has never had one but they were so friendly and kind, which helps my momma heart. Rachael is one of a kind and you can tell she absolutely loves what she does. This is your sign to get treated by her. I am so grateful for this practice and all they do.
Hands down the greatest ENT office and no one can tell me otherwise. NP Rachael, Mara, and Ashlynn are the dream trio. They take EXCEPTIONAL care of you. Beware of the Nickel & Dime institute (Helios ENT Now) who charges you way over what you should be charged for doing nothing. I was charged over $100 and I, ME figured out the problem. These folks will gladly take your money but I’m not convinced they DO anything. Came in for help with a lingual tonsil stone and before I could even say anything, the doctor begins speed running through an explanation about palatine tonsils. I didn’t ask. Finally got him to PEEK into my mouth very, very briefly. He said he saw nothing and sent me on my way.
