This is the greatest office I have ever been to! my particular provider, ( Dr. Melissa Means,) is beyond outstanding and caring, always goes the extra mile to take care of you, and really cares, which is really uncommon these days in the medical field. Experienced, Professional and Caring! I have been visiting Dr. Frandsen for the past 8 years and must admit he has been super with all of my treatments and diagnosis over the past 8 years. Susanna, Caitlin and the rest of his staff is fantastic, always attentive and helping. Seldom do I have any medical issues, but when I do Dr. Frandsen listens very carefully and asks a lot of questions. We’ve been going here for almost ten years, and were recently dropped after they decided to stop taking our insurance. I get that times are tough for everyone, but this is the only doctor’s office one of my daughters has ever known, and we have to find a new office with a 6+ week wait (if they’re even taking new patients)
I live in the Seattle area, on the east side. I switched my primary care physician and am now going to Sound Health instead of the other place I used to go to, which is on the east side. What a difference... When I schedule an appointment, I can come in a few days after I call, unlike 6 weeks out as in the previous place. My primary care is now Dr Brad, and he is nothing short of highly professional and comprehensive with his care, as I would expect any PCP to be.
