We paid over $200,000, where Gerard said he needed the money earlier than scheduled so he could pay the subcontractors, only to find out he did not pay the subcontractors in full, did work so poor it did not pass inspection, and was incapable of sticking to a timeline or sending meaningful updates, it was just excuse after excuse.
