Complete HACKS!!!! Check out MY install- They drilled screws into my dash then defended it by telling me "hey its an 80,000 mile car" It actually had 74.000 and cost 48K new. check out photos!
Friendly, Courteous and Lightning Fast! – The staff all welcomed me quickly (they were very busy) and helped me with a problem my Honda dealer wasn't even able to repair. I can't say enough! Thank you guys I'm dropping off Pizza tomorrow as another thank you ;)
Thank you Jon! A++++++++ Customer Service!!! – Thanks so much for all of your help. Your customer service is second to none! I love my audio system, I just want to drive and drive and drive. The Pioneer Nav system is everything you said it would be and more. I also recommend EVERYONE go visit the Home Theater in the East Providence store too, it's amazing! Be sure to ask them for a Control4 demo. I'm going back for a Sonos system next month for sure.
Slow, Angry service – Ignored me when I went in for a scheduled appointment. Played dumb when I asked about a service issue, then gave an incorrect answer. Got majorly aggressive with me when I asked them to explain. Can't imagine how they stay in business.
Sound FX upgrade was a downgrade – I went to Sound FX to upgrade the audio system in my van. They replaced the factory radio/CD deck with a new unit and installed new speakers. The new radio had poor reception even for local stations. To my complaints about the reception of the new radio, their response was, "Sometimes aftermarket radios do not have as good reception as the factory radios."
