Convenient, courteous, professional service
We used Sound Ford for a pre-purchase inspection and were disappointed with the quality of the inspection and relaying of information. There were multiple issues that were missed leading to expensive repairs after we were assured the vehicle was in good condition. We reached out to Sound Ford to relay the missed findings and their response to our concerns was even more disappointing. We were in touch with the assistant manager and they have stopped responding. Buyer Beware! I just bought a new vehicle and shook hands with the Sales Manager, David, on agreed price. Quan was the one, that approved the price. I was shocked when, the final contract price was $3,000 more than the agreed price. And because I didn't take a photo or get a copy of the negotiated price, it is now a "he said, she said" situation.
