Daniel in service is great! Very professional and gets things done.
2nd recall on our car. 1st service center damaged the selt belt and refused to repair. Keep in mind the 1st recall took 1 month and they offered no loaner car. Told me that most families have 2 cars. Left them a 1 star review only to get told to call and resolve the issue but was ghosted. tried this location because we bought the car here. think its any different? nope. drove 35 miles to after being told we would get a loaner for this issue too, only to be no loaner and they refuse to resolve the damage issue.
