Clean facilities and great equipment. No muscle-heads but very helpful and friendly owner and people who want a good workout. Great atmosphere and no one fighting over equipment. Can't think of a better gym.
Bad place to get a gym membership
Dianne rocks! Her knowledge of Pilates and how it can be adapted for any age is superb. Sign up quick as her classes fill up fast! And she makes it fun…
Super clean gym, great atmosphere! Not as busy as other gyms which is nice. Good amount of equipment.
