Do u have shower?
The best thing about this gym is that the equipment is always available. It is very rare that I have to wait for equipment which is great. The crowd is definitely older which is not a bad thing. It’s always clean and staff is nice. Other gyms in new Bern either have an obnoxious crowd but this is refreshing. A awesome touch is the in body scan. It’s great to monitor your progress.
Nice clean gym some good pieces of equipment. It's just not for me. limited weight options and it's good for basic training. The best thing they have there is a Jacobs ladder and glute drive machine.
Friendly, so clean! Enjoy the variety of classes! A safe place to workout!
