This is my 6 month anniversary of being a member of Sound Fitness. This was all new to me but I recognized a need to work on my fitness. The people here want everyone to be successful. Both the staff and patrons are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Ruth did my orientation and will stop to answer any question. All the other staff has also given useful guidance. I have never felt any less important than anyone else. It has always been well maintained. I have not had the opportunity to try a class but I plan to do that soon... read more
As a beginner weight-lifter, I have found Brooke, and her staff, to be knowledgeable, kind and encouraging. The gym is clean, safe and welcoming to all levels of fitness.
