I recently reached out to Sound Energy for a quote on a new furnace after another local company told me I needed one. Sound Energy responded quickly, took the time to actually diagnose the situation, and found there was no major issue at all. They could have easily sold me an expensive system I didn't need — but they didn't. That kind of honesty is rare and exactly the kind of company I want handling my home. Sound Energy has earned a loyal customer.
Very disappointed with their oil delivery service recently. I asked for a 100 gallons in writing and received an invoice for a full tank. When I questioned in writing with a picture of my brand new gauge that showed partial tank and their invoice showing full tank, rather than clarifying and fixing the issue, they decided not to attend to it and terminate the contract. I am taken aback by that. My guess is that they tried to dump someone else's oil bill to me. Very disappointed by their service.
We moved into a new home. The salesperson initially called and was quite arrogant. He then just turned up at our house unannounced after specifically asking him not to come whilst we sourced quotes from other suppliers. He was clearly annoyed by the fact we had chosen another supplier despite sound energy having serviced the property for 14 years. He couldn't believe we had gone elsewhere when the service contract we had been quoted was over $200 cheaper with the alternate company. It felt like he was trying to force his way... read more
