Great upgrade on my last vehicle. This time, he suggested that an upgrade would not be worth the money. Great job the first time and great honestly the second time. Outstanding.
Bobby is the best! Very patient with questions and extremely knowledgeable. If he doesn’t know the answer he’ll find it. He’s one of the few people/shops who want to do what’s best for you, your budget, and your vehicle, not just upsell and install. I wish I had a Bobby for every trade/service!
Called on Friday of last week for a quote, was told that they would have one for me the following week. Called back following Friday looking for it and was told that they did no have it ready. how long does it take for quote to be created?? was looking forward to doing business with them because of their big ratings but man am I disappointed.
Bobby did an excellent repair job for me and solved a difficult problem, a short in the door speaker when the door was closed, I can’t thank him enough! I highly recommend him !
