Whether on the phone or in person, I've had such a wonderful experience with Sound Credit Union. The staff are always freindly, patient, and willing to go the extrea mile to answer my questions. I really appreciate how they treat me like a person, not just another account number. Thank you for making banking such a positive experience.
A bit upset with this credit union right now as it has apparently reported my card lost or stolen without alerting me in any way, and my card is NOT lost. I used the wrong PIN and it locked me out and they only have a number to report a card lost or stolen, nothing to unlock it. I am now being charged fees for automatic bills that aren't going through, and there is no way for my to unlock my card. It's 4th of July so all branches are closed, and the online system is "experiencing issues". What an unnecessary pain. So disappo... read more
Another positive experience, Rebecca and her staff have always been helpful and always there for any questions. Their positive and calm attitudes and knowledge makes my experience with banking so easy. I would definitely recommend anyone to give this branch a try if they want to switch to a Credit Union.
Love banking here, tellers are all knowledgeable and not afraid to check before proceeding so there are no mistakes with any of your requests.
