I had the worst experience with this Bank with 3 different visits in the attempt to open a safe box, I was recommended this branch because it close by my place. Staffs gave wrong information and later met with the manager gave wrong information again. I think staffs and managers need to be retrained. After the third time, I swear I will never set foot in this branch ever. Horrible customer service………
This branch has been very helpful with any questions I come up. Rebecca , the assistant branch manager has been checking in with me which no other bank has done with me and I truly appreciate that . Best decision to switch over to them .
