I had the pleasure of being assisted by Tot Mott-Joyce. She was very knowledgeable in the issue that I was having and offered her assistance if my problem continued. All of this was done without me asking, I mentioned my issue and she stepped right in and explained the steps to me. I call this great customer service!
All sound credit union branches are amazing. I frequent 38th and pacific ave, north pearl and downtown Tacoma. Sound is the best!
