I have been with Sound Credit Union for close to 14 years and I really enjoy some of the benefits, but one of them is not customer service, I went in today to get some information from them and I talked to a teller and she was friendly and polite but couldn't really give a for sure answer, she just suggested I go on SCU website and search, so I said ok.
