this bank has tied up my husbands business account due to their inability to do their job correctly. They cashed a check in house, cancelled the check without notice, informed him that they made an error via email and then never returned the money to the account. Such a load of crap service here they wasted hours of his day and have tied up his money impacting his ability to do his business and pay his people. AVOID THIS BANK!

Beyond disappointed with this bank. They accepted and cashed my check in the branch, then days later told me the check was "not readable." When I called customer service, I was informed that it was their mistake and that the funds would be returned to my account. Days later—nothing. No refund, no communication. I went back to the branch and wasted another hour of my time, only to find that no one seemed to know what I was talking about. Made it very easy to set up an account, however they've been closed early the last 3 times I've come to use their electronic teller interface atms. Very disappointing and incredibly inconvenient. Especially since their listed close times are not updated to reflect their early unavailability.
