Always helpful, great staff
I recently sat down with the Branch Manager who helped me get into my first credit card with them; which was an awesome experience. They have lots of options based on your needs. Great place! I’ve been with them for 13 years and counting now.
Awesome credit union with nice staff. Usually can get in and out pretty quick. The ATM is one of the best z you can literally do all your baking yourself on it free and it will give you any bills you want ethnicity is awesome, I've always hated having to get multiples of 20s, it just sucks and I always seem to need an in between amount....
We love this place. They will be closed pretty soon for about a year remodeling until 2027. There are a lot of local locations until then though
very antiquated systems, online payments on loans are very difficult. phone tree drops frequently, as a customer you absorb all consequences of these antiquated system online and on the phone, I regret working with sound credit union and will not get a loan through them ever again. In fact I just paid off my truck loan very early just to get them out of my life
