Everyone at the Edmonds Branch was just simply amazingly helpful and friendly. Great team !
Karen Mortensen needs to be fired. Has zero care for customer information. Ie. Social security, account numbers, balance, birthday, phone number. She had private customer info in view available to everyone and anyone standing on the street. Called the bank 3x to tell them. When I say they didn't care. They. Did. Not. Care. Even in the slightest. If you Bank here. Grab your money and run. Not acceptable.
Most helpful with any questions or issues that require more than cursory exchange. Always feel like a valued customer.
