I am currently working to close my account and transfer to another credit union. I have been with Sound for almost 40 years. Back when it was Westop down on Portland Ave in Tacoma. But I can no longer work with Sound when I am unable to go into a branch and need to contact them by phone to conduct business. It’s absolutely frustrating. No other bank or credit union does this. This is nothing new for Sound. Why is this not being addressed.
