My 5 stars all go to Candice at the Martin Way Branch. She bent over backwards to help make everything as smooth and timely as possible when we set up our car loan. She was so patient and so efficient. 10/10 for her. She definitely deserves a raise.
I particularly love this branch because of the exceptional customer service provided by Mrs. Candice she’s highly knowledgeable and professional, but the overall customer service is top notch.
We had a great experience here with Lisa and a couple of auto loans. We are not from Olympia but the vehicles we were purchasing were just down the street. The atmosphere inside of the bank was festive and relaxed and there were plenty of seats for our kids to sit down and hang out while we were finalizing paperwork.
They are always amazing but this time they went up and above for me when my cashiers check got lost in the mail and it was for my mortgage. I couldn't ask for a better bank
