Originally customers of WA Business Bank, we have stayed with this establishment through the transition to Sound Credit Union because the staff are exceptional. Each person here obviously cares about us as clients and they truly do go above and beyond in making sure each banking experience is as seamless as possible. From greeting us by name each visit, providing beneficial financial guidance, and offering to help out in even the smallest ways, I truly cannot recommend Sound Credit Union Olympia and their staff enough!
