Drive thru ATM ate my cash deposit, asked for an approximate amount; instead of just giving me the cash back, it printed out a receipt that I now have to take in when they are open. So not only did it take my money, it gave me a chore if I want it back. Really frustrating.doing! Update: the staff was really nice and helpful, I was frustrated in the moment but my bank took care of me and it wasn't Sound's fault. I appreciate their drive thru ATM being available.
I had driven from Oregon with my fiancé to complete a transaction that I had to complete in person because of another branch giving me issues. Today, however, I met the wonderful team at this branch, Lisa, and the first clerk that helped me; unfortunately I did not get their name, but they had raven hair - were able to correct my issues, and create a workaround that they proved, in-house, worked for me. Thank you, so much, team; you are amazing!
I’ve been with Sound CU for over 15 years and the customer service has always been great! I recently went into a Tacoma branch to set up a business account. That’s when I meet the Branch Manager Maggie Akervold. Her customer service and knowledge of what was needed is next to none. I had a great experience working with her.
