Last February we worked with a Project Manager from Sound to remodel our Master Bathroom. It had experienced water damage and we were negotiating with our insurance company. The Project Manager, Julie, was wonderful. She supported us and worked with us to get what we wanted in a remodel. We were very impressed with her and in turn with Sound Construction. Then ******* contacted us again in October for us to come back and revisit the project. Between this time frame of February to October, the original estimator and project manager went on to other opportunities and is no longer employed by Sound Construction.
