If I could leave no stars I would. Terrifing how terrible their service was. Took 5 min just to recognize that I was needing help. All I needed was to have them notarize me signing one paper. There was only one clerk who could do so and he was helping a guest for literally the most complicated procedure that took the 20 min, plus how ever long she was there before I arrived. I never write reviews, but I refinanced using sound CB, as I wanted to use a local bank. They said they would not resell my loan, but they did anyways and now I have a horrible servicing company. I cannot recommend them.
