All staff are really nice, and Its rare that I ever wait more than 5 min. Julia is easily the best doctor I've ever had and Corey is the most reliable and friendly receptionist I've met.
This used to be the nicest clinic, but since the old doctor retired, it has collapsed. This clinic recently cancelled my father's appointment—which I waited about six weeks for—on the grounds that their new providers were not comfortable working with him. That's understandable, and I can't hold that against them, as he is self-neglecting. But they did not make adequate effort to notify me of the cancellation. Been trying to get an appointment with Dr. JUlia since October, all my prescriptions have run out of refills, BP, Asthma, Anxiety meds, I am told I have to see the Dr before renewing the prescriptions. I have had 2 appointments I made online declined. Done with this office, going somewhere else
I started going to this office when Dr. Finkelman that was there and then when Dr. Wren came, I really liked him a lot. And now the ladies that are there take very good care of me and I can always get in them short period of time.
