Improving all the time now. They went through a bad spell after they got rid of Vicky, Karen and even Jay and that blacked gal but now getting back on track. Some's gone that needed to be gone and they are acting real nice to me now. Brooks and Erin didn't put themselves to much trouble. I think it's ok now I'm not worried about whether a dix page gets faxed or not, I knows it'll get done.

I'm not impressed with their service, not one bit and I don't even pay late. Sorry if that offends. I took my business down the street. They got no workers left and less business. They can't even keep up with that.

I am a customer of Sound Choice Insurance and use Commercial and Personal Insurance. I have had great experiences with all the office personnel. I highly recommend Sound Choice Insurance and am a little perplexed on people posting personal attacks on this review site.

You got that right. My husband found out that they are owned by an agency in New Bern called Robinson & Stithe, the only way to complain is to call a James Robinson directly during business hours. He liked working with Nicki in Commercial. Home & car is the problem.

You got that right! In their personal lines it looks me that they got rid of everybody that did the work. I tried over and over to get a simple policy change. I traded cars and gave Blondie the information 3 times. Still had the old car listed. Moved my insurance too. Had to.
