Sound by Design installed our sound system and speakers. It was our first time using them, and it was great. They were knowledgeable, friendly people. They treat you with respect like you would want to be treated, and they look out for your best interests. I'd use them again!
Was very courteous & efficient. Got HDMI switch set up quickly & made a good recommendation on universal remote. Will use SBD again.
We've used Sound By Design a couple of times in the past two or three years. They're the first people we call when we need work done on the sound in our house. Anytime we call, they come immediately. They've come in during off hours to help us if our sound goes down. If we have a problem with anything, we call, and they come.
